Arbor Oaks at Crestview Retirement Communities located in Bryan that has been serving seniors in the BCS area for 60 years - is seeking an individual to serve as a Marketing Director.

The Sales & Marketing Director achieves census/sales goals through the development, implementation, and continuous updating of the Community marketing plan. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and is supported by an experienced VP of Marketing and Sales at the corporate level.

Candidates must have a track record of successfully achieving Senior Living sales results, both from their own individual efforts, and as part of an integrated sales team he/she has led. Exceptional telephone, presentation and closing skills are required, as is experience with lead management. Above all, a desire to work closely with senior adults is essential!

Job Qualifications Senior Living Sales Experience Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college (related experience may be substituted for education).Previous management/supervisory experience

Intermediate computer skills as well as ability to learn relevant community software.

Strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.
