As a Security Officer Access Control in Bryan, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and site partners while supporting a welcoming environment.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records.
• Screen incoming and outgoing personnel, vendors, deliveries, and vehicles in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access and protect restricted production areas.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and promptly communicate concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and designated facility areas, reporting security-related hazards, unusual activity, and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
