Barr-Techs is seeking experienced Carpenters to join their commercial construction team in Bryan, Texas. This role involves hands‑on rough carpentry, equipment operation, and mentoring less experienced crew members. The ideal candidates are safety‑focused, adaptable, and eager to grow into leadership roles within a team‑oriented environment.

• 2+ years of commercial carpentry or construction experience preferred
• OSHA 10 Certification required
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, telehandlers, scissor lifts, forklifts, and other small construction machinery
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Leadership mentality and willingness to teach younger workers

• Commercial framing experience
• Blueprint reading
• Concrete form work
• Job site leadership experience
• Experience working on industrial or commercial projects
