An independent service provider for Fed Ex Ground. Now hiring delivery drivers immediately.
Vibhuti Inc. is now hiring full-time and part-time Fed Ex delivery drivers. If you have experience as a delivery driver, driver, courier, or non-CDL driver, you may be a great fit for our team!
If you’ve worked at Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon, or other delivery companies, we encourage you to apply. Military-experienced candidates are also welcome.
Driver Pay & Benefits- Local Drivers: $170–$180/day
- Weekly pay
- Paid training
- Opportunities for overtime & bonuses
- Flexible 4–6 day work schedules (Saturday is required)
- Medical insurance and 401(k) after 90 days

- Company vehicle and uniforms provided
- Advancement opportunities (Lead Driver, Trainer, Management, etc.)
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to deliver packages for Fed Ex Ground
- Load/unload packages up to 75 lbs (or 150 lbs with a dolly)
- Deliver to homes and businesses in all weather conditions
- Follow traffic laws and delivery schedules
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude
- Communicate with dispatch about delays or vehicle issues
- Keep the vehicle clean and report any damage or mechanical issues
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical (cost covered)
- Able to lift and carry heavy packages
- Reliable and able to work weekends as needed
- No experience? No problem! Apply for smaller vehicle routes
- Travel driver roles (in and out of state) – lodging and transportation provided
- Performance-based bonuses and peak-season incentives
- Skill-building in package scanning, routing systems, and vehicle maintenance

- 8–12 hour shifts
- 4–6 days/week
- Weekend availability required (flexible with notice)
