POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Worker and Driver is primarily responsible for assisting with all aspects of warehouse inventory, maintenance and organization. It is also responsible for assisting with logistics movement of wine, supplies, and other items from site to site within the company and to customer locations.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Warehousing Control Perform monthly warehouse physical inventory

Conduct a high degree of forklift work in order to maintain warehouse organization and efficiency.

Assist with investigating and reconciling any warehouse inventory discrepancies.

Inventory Control of bottled wine and all supplies related to the bottling of wine including labels, corks, glass, wax, etc.

Receiving all palletized shipments, and other shipments as required.

Pallet and warehouse supplies maintenance, swap out, and replenishment.

Assist in maintaining complete inventory records and accountability records for case goods and supplies including a detailed warehouse floor plan to track locations of goods.

Pull wine for transfer to the all departmental and off-site storage areas and maintain record of all cases transferred.

Pull wine for wholesale orders and load transport trucks.

Maintain the general organization, upkeep and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Wholesale Deliver Messina Hof products in a timely and professional manner to wholesale customers and other Messina Hof locations.

Make collections on wholesale accounts.

Other Assist with Harvest duties as needed.

Assist with cellar operations and barrel work.

Assist with overall operation of all aspects of the bottling line.

Assist with overall operation of all aspects of crush pad operations.

Perform other duties as required including assisting other departments as needed

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s)1 2 years related experience

Flexible scheduling required, may include weekends and overtime

Valid Drivers License Ability to operate a tractor and forklift

Must have active TABC and Food Handler certifications at all times.

The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
