Awake Night Supervisor – Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center
Join a team dedicated to improving the lives of youth at AJATC, a secure residential program for at‑risk male and female youth located on 110 acres near Little Rock, Arkansas.
Pay and BenefitsBase pay includes $50,000 annually, with potential increases based on education and experience.

Responsibilities- Supervise Night Coach Counselors and Group Supervisors during night watch hours.
- Ensure safety and security of the program; conduct facility checks.
- Provide direct supervision, directives, and crisis management support to night staff.
- Maintain effective scheduling and staffing levels.
- Perform evaluations, hiring, reprimands, and training of night staff.
- Serve as a key member of the campus Management Team.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Three years of experience in juvenile treatment.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical exam, TB test, and child and adult abuse registry search.
- Meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including an active driver’s license.
4 days on/3 off – 3 days on/4 off.
Night shift: 7 pm–8 am (includes two‑hour shift and one‑hour break).
Current openings: B‑Shift; every other Wednesday, and every Thursday through Saturday.
