Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bryant, AR. The Lab Technician will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and relining dentures and other dental prosthetics in an on-site lab. Daily tasks include working with various dental materials, maintaining lab equipment, collaborating with dental professionals, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality dental products to meet patients' needs.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and skills in dental lab procedures such as denture fabrication, repair, finishing, and polishing
  • Proficiency with dental tools, materials, and technologies, including impressions, molds, and frameworks
  • Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow dental prescriptions accurately
  • Basic understanding of dental health and safety protocols
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team
  • Prior experience in a dental laboratory or certification in dental lab technology is an advantage
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Commitment to producing high-quality results and ensuring patient satisfaction
