Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Janitor at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas.

AJATC is a secure residential program for at‑risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on‑site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area.

Pay: $15.00/hour; can increase based on years of experience

What you will do:

• Clean and sanitize staff bathrooms; vacuums, steam cleans and/or shampoos carpets, including stain removal; cleans, waxes and strips tile and linoleum floors; cleans windows, sills and window tracks; removes garbage; cleans out heater vents; cleans walkways, driveways, parking lots and loading docks; etc.

To be considered you should:

• Have an High School Diploma or equivalent, but not required
• High School or better.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
• 2 years:
  Janitorial experience
• Drivers License

Schedule: Monday through Friday, early morning (6AM - 2PM)
