The (USA) Store Manager - Supercenter leads facility operations by developing and executing strategic plans aligned with company goals. This role directs management and associates to ensure exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and financial performance. The manager fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and compliance while addressing workforce challenges through recruitment, training, and development. Serving as a community representative, the manager builds partnerships and drives engagement.

The Store Manager leads a dedicated team focused on delivering excellent store operations and customer service. This team drives financial performance by executing strategic plans, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company standards. They foster a culture of continuous development, providing coaching and growth opportunities for associates at all levels. The team collaborates to maintain high-quality merchandising, safety, and operational excellence.

Through effective leadership and clear communication, they support a positive work environment that meets business goals and enhances the customer experience in a dynamic retail setting.

• Develop and communicate a strategic vision aligned with company and local market plans to guide store operations and merchandising.
• Lead, mentor, and develop management and hourly associates, addressing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and asset protection while managing operational reviews and corrective actions.
• Drive financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals through budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Foster a customer-focused environment by modeling service standards and resolving issues effectively.
• Represent the company in community outreach and media engagements, promoting corporate programs and initiatives.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor management and hourly associates in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong expertise in retail management, including strategic planning and execution aligned with company goals.
• Experience managing financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing key performance indicators.
• Ability to uphold compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on resolving issues and enhancing the customer experience.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills to engage associates, community, and external stakeholders.
