• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high‑level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the Sales Force system
• Use expertise in the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries
• Problem‑solve and encourage customers to commit to services

• Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Ability to direct conversations and close sales
• Proactive approach to customer relationships
• Associate's degree or higher preferred

• Experience in a customer service‑oriented role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
