D1 Training is looking for a high-energy, relentless salesperson to help drive memberships and revenue.
Core Responsibilities- Calling leads
- Setting appointments
- Following up fast
- Closing memberships
- Reactivating former members
- Community Outreach
- Love sales and competition
- Expectation is to close everyone who walks in the door!!!
- Can make 100+ calls per day
- Are confident on the phone
- Handle rejection well
- Thrive in a high-accountability environment
Full-time
Typical hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Must be available during prime sales evening hours M-F
Compensation- $36,000 base salary
- Aggressive performance bonus structure
- Total earning potential: $50,000–$60,000+ (no cap)
- Previous sales experience (inside sales, phone sales, membership sales)
- Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
