Southern Star is hiring technicians to support DISH TV, Starlink Internet, and home entertainment products. Training is provided with a base pay of $17.00/hour, increasing by $0.50 after training, and a guaranteed $20.00/hour for up to 9 months to build bonus potential.
The role requires up to 20% travel, paid training, 401K, PTO, life insurance, a company vehicle after training, and a device stipend. First-year earnings typically $50k–$60k; experienced techs $60k–$85k+ annually.
