Implements the business plan for assigned area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals.
What You'll Do- Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or make recommendations
- Monitor and manage productivity of assigned area by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standard operating procedures, and monitoring compliance
- Distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, coordinate workloads, monitor performance, provide feedback, identify training and development needs, and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation
- Manage the maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software, oversee installation of new, replacement, or additional systems, ensure repairs are completed, and track inventory and ordering of system components
- Troubleshoot systems and applications, work on problem resolution with Information Systems Division, vendors, and support development of current and future systems applications
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to development, execution, and improvement of action plans, provide expert advice, and guide others in applying information and best practices
- Implement business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining processes, monitoring progress, and recognizing improvement opportunities
- Model compliance with company policies and values, support the Open Door Policy, and assist others in applying ethics and integrity in business processes
- Act with integrity, maintain highest standards of ethics and compliance, model Walmart values, hold oneself and others accountable, and support Walmart's regenerative goals by creating belonging and eliminating waste

CompensationAnnual salary range: $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Regional Pay Zone adjustments may apply based on location.

- Experience in logistics operations.
