Windwave is seeking an experienced Plow Operator to support underground fiber optic and telecommunications construction projects. This hands-on field role operates conduit plows, trenchers, and related heavy equipment to install underground conduit and fiber infrastructure.
You’ll work outdoors on active sites, reading construction plans and utility locate markings, coordinating with crews, and performing daily equipment inspections while maintaining safety and quality workmanship.
