Spa Receptionist

Consistently provide exceptional customer service experience by anticipating and meeting guests needs for spa services.

• Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for members and guests.
• Interact appropriately with guest and residents whether it is through a conversation or a quiet presence.
• Address guest by their name each time they are encountered.
• Follow established protocols to provide consistent, excellent service.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of shift.
• Be extremely knowledgeable and be able to accurately describe and sell services and products offered at the Victory Spa.
• Educate guests on spa and club activities.
• Perform all opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout spa.
• Maintain excellent communication with service providers. Constantly review bookings and guest notes for the day for booking errors, double bookings, allergies, special requests, etc.
• Assist guests with rescheduling, canceling, or new bookings as requested. Assist with doing laundry for operators.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager.

Mondays 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Thursdays 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Sundays 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
