Qualifications- 5-8 years’ experience managing and executing design and documentation as a Team Member.
- Proficient in Revit for generation of construction documents.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Professional client interface under direction of Partner-in-Charge.
- Experience navigating municipal processes (zoning ordinances, AHJ approval/entitlement).
- Site plan development and planning experience.
- Coordinate consultant and internal project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to meet schedules.
- Skilled in architectural detailing.
- Perform site planning in AutoCAD for easy transfer with consultant team.
- Software proficiencies include Excel and database management.
- Capability with Adobe Suite:
Photoshop, InDesign.
Accredited Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree.
