School Psychologist

In this role, you will support students by promoting academic achievement, social‑emotional development, and overall well‑being through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators, families, and support staff. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in creating inclusive, supportive learning environments that help all students succeed.

• Location: Onsite in Maricopa County, AZ (no remote options available)
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Grade Level(s): Elementary

• Provide direct support services to students of all ages with mental health needs identified on their IEPs, including individual counseling, group sessions, and social skills development.
• Support the development and implementation of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide crisis support as needed within the school environment.
• Conduct evaluations in the social‑emotional domain and participate in IEP development and documentation.
• Deliver both direct and indirect services for students requiring interventions across teams at two elementary school buildings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth and well‑being.

• Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
• Active School Psychologist certification via the Arizona Department of Education (ADE)
• Demonstrated experience providing school‑based counseling, evaluations, and behavioral interventions
• Experience conducting psycho educational assessments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for supporting student success and emotional well‑being
