Responsibilities
- Lead the U.S. EHS strategy to drive a proactive safety culture and achieve an injury-free workplace.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, programs, and management systems across multiple projects and locations.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on regulatory compliance, risk management, and EHS best practices.
- Oversee incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics, prepare executive-level reports, and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct EHS audits and workplace inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support project teams with risk assessments, contractor qualification, safety planning, and implementation of hazard controls.
- Partner with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure effective communication and compliance.
- Lead the development and delivery of EHS training programs for employees, managers, and field personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, share best practices, and support global EHS programs and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage environmental compliance activities, including permitting, hazardous materials, and regulatory reporting.
- sBachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
- .15+ years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety leadership experience
- .Strong background supporting construction, engineering, or industrial project environments
- .Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, risk assessment, and safety management systems
- .Proven experience developing enterprise-wide EHS programs and leading multi-site compliance initiatives
- .Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement
- .Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
