Senior Debit Card Analyst, Cash & Savings

• Lead cross-functional business requirements gathering across product, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and technology stakeholders
• Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, functional requirements, process flows, and supporting artifacts
• Establish documentation governance and traceability from business objectives through implementation and operational execution
• Support feature and experience prioritization and requirements refinement
• Coordinate documentation, requirements, and operational readiness efforts across debit card delivery work streams
• Track dependencies, decisions, action items, and implementation deliverables
• Translate strategic initiatives into executable business processes with product and program leadership
• Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties
• Support the design of operating procedures, workflows, and playbooks for debit card and money movement capabilities
• Document end-to-end operational processes and transition ownership to operational teams
• Participate in vendor evaluations, onboarding activities, and implementation planning
• Support contract reviews by documenting business requirements, service expectations, and operational dependencies
• Partner with product, operations, and vendor teams to ensure launch and ongoing-support readiness

• 5+ years of experience in card products, payments, money movement, or financial services operations
• Ability to develop business requirements, process documentation, and operational procedures for complex initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and documentation quality
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology
• Experience with business analysis, project management, vendor implementations, operational readiness, or service delivery programs preferred
• Knowledge of payment systems, debit card programs, ACH, money movement, fraud controls, or regulatory frameworks preferred
• Strong written communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
• Experience in banking, payments, or fintech preferred
• NACHA certification or payments-related experience is a plus
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Graduate degree preferred
