Credit Analyst – Subprime Auto Finance

• Follow up with dealerships on automated decisioned loan applications to secure contracts and build lasting relationships
• Review and approve loans to ensure sales contracts align with program specifications
• Provide alternative solutions when necessary to meet lending guidelines
• Communicate with dealers, sales/marketing, and funders to collaborate on solutions
• Structure and restructure non-prime deals
• Evaluate credit reports, customer information, and application structures
• Make informed and profitable underwriting decisions
• Meet monthly production, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
• Assess creditworthiness and ensure contracts meet company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Consumer auto finance or underwriting in financial services experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google G Suite, and Teams
• No certifications or licenses required
