** What You’ll Do***
* • Manage BiPAP / CPAP (NIV)***
* • Assist patients with incentive spirometer use***
* • Provide basic respiratory treatments***
* • Educate patients on breathing equipment and care***
* • Document care in the medical record***
* • Work closely with nursing and clinical leadership
**** What We’re Looking For***
* • Ohio Respiratory Therapist license***
* • CRT or RRT (RRT preferred)***
* • Comfortable with NIV (or willing to learn)***
* • Reliable, team-focused, and patient-centered
**** Skilled Nursing experience is preferred
