• Must live in Buckeye; the cross streets are Southern Ave. and Avondale Blvd.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license, current Arizona vehicle insurance, Social Security Card/Birth Certificate, current TB Test, and Level 1 Fingerprint card.
• Reliable means of transportation and current Arizona insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with diverse audience including clients, families, care providers and other professionals.
• Impeccable follow‑up and attention to detail; exercise initiative, problem solve, and apply sound judgment.
• Able to supervise, assess, and evaluate care providers; advocate on behalf of clients and families.
• Passionate about helping others live with dignity.
• Must present a positive and professional business image.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• CNA and Home Health Aide encouraged to apply.
