The Oncology Infusion Pharmacy Manager will lead a sophisticated Infusion Pharmacy and Oncology Pharmacy operation supporting safe, timely preparation and delivery of antineoplastic therapies, immunotherapies, supportive medications, and other specialty infusions. Serving a broad metropolitan patient population, this metro-serving facility provides the scale, resources, and clinical variety of a nationally-ranked hospital. The Oncology Infusion Pharmacy Manager will help advance medication safety, regulatory compliance, sterile compounding standards, workflow efficiency, inventory stewardship, clinical quality, and an exceptional patient experience.

Reporting to senior pharmacy leadership, the Oncology Infusion Pharmacy Manager will receive strong administrative and clinical support while overseeing daily operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, performance improvement, staff development, and compliance with USP standards and applicable regulations. The Oncology Infusion Pharmacy Manager will partner closely with friendly nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, oncologists, advanced practice providers, quality specialists, finance leaders, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
