Outpatient Physical Therapist in Buckeye, Arizona. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, with a focus on patient care and documentation compliance. The assignment requires active licensure and timely documentation submission to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing work.
Job Details- Schedule:
Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. - Required Qualifications:
Valid active physical therapist license, at least 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy, proof of license application within 5 business days of booking, and a start date within the specified window. - Preferred Qualifications:

Float rotation may be required. - Additional Information:
Candidates must complete documentation outside of the organizations clearance process before starting. The position is set to begin on 09/14/2026 and end on 03/14/2027. Credentialing requirements must be met prior to start, and equipment will be provided during the interview. The start must align with license status, and dress code details will be provided on the first day.
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
