Responsibilities
- Talking to new carriers and assisting with the set up process.
- Working closely with administrative, support team and operational offices, including Agents.
- Assisting with investigating risk concerns for the company.
- Vetting carriers in the database to protect the company.
- Providing top-notch service and ensuring all carriers are vetted and legitimate to be hauling freight for our customers!
- Customer Service oriented and successfully able to develop business relationships.
- Positive “can do” attitude with a proven ability to seek additional responsibility and achievement of goals.
- Ability to operate out of multiple internet windows/monitors in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer/troubleshooting skills.
