• Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations
• Assess source and target M365 environments and develop migration strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
• Execute migrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Teams, and Google Workspace to M365 transitions.
• Ensure data integrity, minimal downtime, and secure identity transitions.
• Migrate and configure Azure Active Directory users, groups, roles, and authentication policies.
• Validate governance, compliance, retention, and security configurations post-migration.
• Provide troubleshooting, documentation, and pre/post‑migration support.
• Microsoft 365 Service Delivery
• Deploy and migrate Microsoft Teams (including voice and collaboration workloads).
• Implement security and compliance solutions including Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Configure identity solutions including Azure AD sync, SSO, and passwordless authentication.
• Support Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management initiatives.
• Design backup, disaster recovery, governance frameworks, and adoption strategies.

• 5+ years delivering Microsoft 365 solutions and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Teams, Azure AD, Endpoint Management, and security solutions.
• Experience with migration tools such as Quest, Bit Titan Migration Wiz, Share Gate, AvePoint, or similar.
• Power Shell scripting experience.
• Experience supporting pre‑sales solution design and technical scoping.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Certifications (Preferred)
• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, MS-100/101 or equivalent).

• Large-scale M365 migrations, including mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Deep experience with security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Proven expertise in accurately scoping complex migration engagements.
