Consumer Product Strategy Analyst III

• Perform complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to customer experience
• Use systems including Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power Shell, JavaScript, Alteryx, Python, and relational databases to provide analytical support on strategies
• Evaluate data to assess potential fraud and other risks and create mitigation strategies
• Recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed decisions using data analysis outputs
• Analyze financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance
• Lead coordination of product performance reports and updates for senior management
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Work with the Product Management team to exceed business, team, and enterprise reporting and governance standards
• Implement scalable automated solutions and solve short-term business needs while supporting the long-term vision
• Collaborate with team members, customers, and subject matter experts and complete user acceptance testing

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst, Process/Project Management, or similar role in the financial services industry
• Effectively collaborate with team members, customers, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and complete user acceptance testing
• Combine business acumen with analytical skills; interpret large amounts of data, synthesize analyses, and translate findings into actionable insights
• Manage multiple priorities and meet project delivery dates
• Communicate orally and in writing with team members and customers to influence outcomes
• Work independently and on team projects, executing on time and with precision
• Create, review, and monitor requirement documents supporting repeatability, business continuity, governance, and audit requirements
• Stay current with Bank of America-approved software and applications
• Expertise in two of:
  JavaScript, Tableau, Power Shell, SQL, Alteryx, Python, Power Query, VBA, Nintex
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is desired

Demonstrates expertise in data analysis and modeling to minimize risks and enhance customer experience, utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau. Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and support business objectives.
