- Administer one or more enterprise or business applications, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability
- Configure, deploy, maintain, monitor, and patch on-premises and cloud-based applications
- Manage user accounts, service accounts, roles, permissions, backups, storage, and data integrity controls
- Configure and support application interfaces and data integrations with other enterprise systems
- Perform installations, upgrades, hotfix deployments, and functional and performance testing
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support by investigating incidents, resolving issues, and conducting root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain application documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge base materials
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to support application functionality, integrations, and performance
- Execute application configurations, upgrades, and maintenance activities in alignment with established standards
- Provide advanced technical support and maintain documentation to support ongoing operations
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 2–4 years of experience in enterprise application administration or systems support required
- Experience supporting user access management, configuration changes, and incident resolution for business applications required
- Associate-level application certification(s) in application administration for solutions in the corresponding technology domain preferred
Demonstrates expertise in administering enterprise applications, ensuring their availability, performance, and reliability while managing user access and configurations. Proficient in providing advanced technical support and maintaining comprehensive documentation for ongoing operations.
