Maintenance Technician II

Join the SIMOS team as our Maintenance Technician! In this role, you will maintain and repair automated material handling equipment and ensure high equipment availability rates. You will use preventive and predictive maintenance processes, rapidly troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and quickly restore equipment to service to support the successful operation of the supply chain facility.

Shift:

+  4-Day Workweek, 10-hour shifts

+  6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday

+  Work schedule needs to remain flexible to include a swing shift and weekends as needed.

Duties:

+  Excellent PC competency and ability to use Laptop

+  Familiar with wiring diagrams, symbols and electrical measuring

+  Experience in the following areas:

+  Work order management

+  Preventive/predictive maintenance procedures

+  Basic blueprint and schematic reading

+  Electrical and electronic principles

+  Basic metal fabrication and welding

+  Industrial Controls and Electronics

+  Ability to troubleshoot basic Input/output functions

+  Programmable Logic Control (PLC) programs

Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to Lift 60 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $30.00 - $34.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
