Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Buckeye, AZ, for a Service Manager in Agricultural and Construction Equipment. The Service Manager will oversee the service department, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include managing service schedules, supervising technical staff, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance, and interacting with customers to address concerns and provide updates.
The role also involves monitoring service metrics, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a productive work environment.
- Service leadership experience in agricultural, or construction equipment, both Shop and Field environments.
- Technical knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment, including diagnostics and repairs
- Proficient in using service software and tools for scheduling, reporting, and management
- A leader who is comfortable on the shop floor and approachable by technicians.
- Ability to guide teams through change in a calm, respectful way.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience working with WIP, documentation standards, and warranty processes.
- Commitment to integrity, transparency, and follow-through.
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards and manage service processes efficiently
- Experience in the agriculture or construction industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience in service management preferred
