Responsibilities
  • Maintains records of training activities and training needs, monitors program effectiveness, and recommends improvements.
  • Tracks and reports on employee participation or assessment results.
  • Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and virtual or physical conference rooms.
  • Assists employees in use of Learning Management System.
  • May conduct needs assessments, focus groups or employee interviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Leadership Development Program.
  • Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Talent Management Program.
  • Other duties assigned.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to work a Weekend Night Shift schedule (example: 5:30pm - 5:00pm)
  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Work performed in warehouse/manufacturing environment
  • Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location
Education & Experience

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in training and development

  • Experience working in a global multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience in the Logistics/Warehousing industry.
  • Experience developing training/learning content and writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Office or similar is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office or related office suite software.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Professional certification may be required in some areas.
