Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team
- Create and drive district strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals
- Work in the field with representatives to coach and counsel on skills, product knowledge, and capabilities
- Monitor data analytics, trends, and activity to maximize impact on prescribing providers
- Drive call plan adherence and execution
- Ensure the geography meets or exceeds targets and goals
- Set a positive tone and high standard for work ethic, culture, expectations, and business ethics
- Assess competitive threats and take appropriate action
- Aid in designing business plans, employee development plans, and monthly reports
- Organize employee training, conferences, and district meetings
- Share success stories and adapt best practices across the district and nation
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding project performance, feedback, relationships, and future opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
- Ability to influence team member activities
- 5 years of management experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare Industry is preferred
- Proven ability to develop and motivate others, lead through change, and deliver on set objectives
- Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality team
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
- Ability to work accounts including health systems, urgent care centers, and pharmacies to gain access and support pull through
- Product launch experience preferred
- Sound judgment and strategic decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze and draw appropriate conclusions using call reporting data
- Professional, proactive demeanor
- Ability to interpret and utilize business data to drive positive business results
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships
- Results-driven with exceptional attention to detail and knowledge around metrics
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer/iPad proficient
Demonstrates strong leadership in recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing teams within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries. Proficient in strategic decision-making, data analysis, and executing business plans to achieve organizational goals.
