Assembly Worker 2nd Shift - Buckeye, AZ

We are looking for self‑motivated and safety‑conscious candidates who would like to join our production team in Buckeye, AZ. New employees can earn $56,000 in total compensation at Canam Steel Corp for a 40‑50 hour work week, including base rate, shift differential, overtime, retention and production bonuses. The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling products according to specifications and quality standards.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Assemble components according to engineering specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products.
• Configure jigs.
• Tack welds or clamp parts into position.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required.
