Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN / Chandler, AZ / Dallas, TX Hybrid Role (3 days onsite in a week)

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following.

• Connect Direct/NDM
• Axway Secure Transport

IBM has several products. These are the specific ones, we are wanting the candidate to have experience with

• IBM Sterling Connect:
  
  Direct (C:D / NDM)
• IBM Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP)
• IBM Sterling Control Center (SCC / SCCM)

Note:

Experience with File Transfer Operations (Managed File Transmissions) like AXWAY or Connect:

Direct (aka NDM) is crucial for this role.

Required Skills:

• 6+ months of experience working with HTTPS, HSH, and SHS protocols, including validating secure connections,
• Experience with reviewing certificates, or supporting encrypted data transfer workflows.
• Exposure to managed file transfer tools such as Axway Secure Transport, Connect:
  
  Direct/NDM, or SFTP platforms.
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts, including SFTP/FTP basics, TCP/IP, port testing, and certificates.
• Experience communicating technical issues clearly, demonstrated through support interactions, group projects, or ticket documentation
• Ability to produce clear written documentation, such as incident summaries, operational notes, or procedural updates.
• Bachelor's in computer science or related field preferred but not required.
