- Optimize factory operations, workflow efficiency, and productivity for lab testing and failure analysis services.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize end-to-end Demand and Capacity Plans for Quality and Reliability Lab operations.
- Build and manage capacity models using time studies, standard work, and utilization analysis.
- Design, develop, pilot, and implement a KPI framework covering throughput time, utilization, quality yield, cost per test, and equipment effectiveness.
- Build automated KPI dashboards and reporting pipelines using Power BI, Python, and SQL.
- Integrate KPI data streams from MES, Workstream, and IT platforms to create unified operational visibility.
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of QMS processes in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on equipment purchases, layout changes, and workflow improvements.
- Use data analysis and complex modeling to enhance lab output and optimize process flows.
- Define and manage tool metrics, monitor tool performance, and drive productivity improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of hands‑on experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations OR a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 3+ years of hands‑on experience OR a PhD with no prior professional experience.
- Proficiency in capacity planning, factory operational planning, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI for data extraction, transformation, aggregation, and reporting.
- Expertise in data analysis and modeling tools for manufacturing or operational optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with facility and equipment design for flexible manufacturing solutions.
- Familiarity with tools, processes, and metrics related to factory layout and workflow optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with Equipment Management Systems (EMS) for asset tracking and data extraction.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 Quality Management System requirements.
Demonstrates expertise in optimizing factory operations and workflow efficiency through data analysis, capacity planning, and KPI development. Proficient in utilizing Python, SQL, and Power BI for reporting and operational visibility while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
