Banner Health Emergency Services is proud to bring a new state‑of‑the‑art freestanding emergency department to the Buckeye, AZ community. Opening in November 2026, this modern 14,500 square foot facility will feature 14 fully‑equipped exam spaces, one dedicated trauma/treatment room, and comprehensive diagnostic services including x‑ray, CT scan, and ultrasound. While patients will not be admitted at this location, the ED will work in close partnership with Banner Estrella Medical Center to ensure seamless continuity of care for our community.

We are currently hiring for full‑time and part‑time positions across multiple shifts. Competitive shift differentials include a flat $1 per hour for weekend shifts and an 18% premium for night shifts.
Part‑time Schedule- Day: 7:00a - 7:00p
- Overnight: 7:00p - 7:00a
- Day: Friday‑Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm
- Overnight: Friday‑Sunday 7:00pm - 7:30am
This position is responsible for patient care in the emergency department as assigned under the medical direction of the base hospital EMS Medical Director. This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional paramedic practice. This position is accountable for the quality of patient services delivered by self or others who are under their direction.
This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
