• Full-time, outpatient primary care serving patients of all ages
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day acute visits
• Flexible schedule with four 10-hour shifts available

This expansion allows us to accommodate continued community growth while maintaining strong operational support, efficient workflows, and a modern practice setting.

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (Arizona license eligible)
• 2+ years of primary care experience as an FNP
• DEA with prescriptive authority
• Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care

• $120,000 - $145,000 base salary plus wRVU incentives
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
