Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time or a part time Nurse Practitioner to join our practice in Glendale, Arizona. Looking for someone who likes to work independently and is interested in establishing and maintaining a long-term of patients.

• See established and new patients for evaluation and treatment planning
• Complete electronic notes in a timely fashion
• Manage triage questions, authorizations and other issues effectively and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Completion of FNP program
• Desire and ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment.
• Friendly and caring personality.
• Be a self-starter and able to complete tasks reliably and with minimal oversight.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills;
  Excellent Patient Care.
• Ability to learn a new medical record system quickly is essential.
