Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

Alliance Urgent Care is a friendly, family-oriented organization offering flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment. We are currently seeking an energetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity at our fast-paced urgent care center in Buckeye.

As an independent contractor, this role offers meaningful flexibility in scheduling, with approximately 12-14 shifts per month and consistent 10-12 hour shifts
, allowing you to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Our compensation model includes opportunities for increased earnings based on productivity.

Providers work alongside a highly experienced, dedicated clinical team with an average tenure of over 5 years-creating a stable, collaborative environment that supports both efficiency and quality patient care.

At least 1 year of experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Facilitate referrals to ancillary services (lab, radiology, etc.)
• Communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists

Qualifications:

• NP or PA licensed in Arizona
• Previous experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Emergency Medicine preferred
• Ability to build rapport quickly with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership qualities
