The Surgical Services Nurse Manager reports to the Director of Surgical Services and receives support from nurse educators, data analytics teams, and supply chain partners. This leader oversees staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and budget management while promoting collaboration, compassion, and accountability. The Operating Room Nurse Manager mentors perioperative staff, builds surgeon relationships, and drives engagement.
