About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Primary Care practice on a full-time basis. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, managing both acute conditions and chronic disease health plans in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical exams, health assessments, and routine wellness visits.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and long-term chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma).
• Order diagnostic tests, lab work, and imaging.
• Formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide preventative health counseling.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Coordinate care with specialists and outside healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• License: Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in [State].
• Certification: Board certification as an FNP, ANP, or AGNP from an accredited body (AANP or ANCC).
• EMR Experience: Hands-on experience navigating and documenting in modern Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, or similar).
• Clinical Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills and confidence managing a daily primary care patient panel.
• Prescriptive Authority: Active DEA license and state prescriptive authority (or eligible).
• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and credentialing review.
