- Drive and execute internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business or Enterprise Control Function
- Provide analytical and administrative support for LOB- or ECF-specific processes and tools
- Monitor and test controls by evaluating data to identify, track, and report issues and control improvements
- Implement quality assurance and quality control processes
- Review transactions and loan documentation to confirm regulatory requirements, including Reg U, Reg W and FCRA
- Oversight the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment
- Implement optimized controls and enhanced QA practices to support business continuity
- Conduct and coordinate quality inspection reviews
- Execute QA activities, manage cases, and report results
- Identify potential testing automation, procedural updates, thematic trends, test script updates, and coaching opportunities
- Support regulatory exams, internal audits, monitoring, and inspection reviews
- Evaluate inspection metrics for governance dashboard reporting
- Review documentation to ensure requirements are met
- Perform peer reviews to confirm compliance with policy and procedures
- Provide guidance and coaching on internal policy and designated regulation requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, underwriting or operations
- Ability to execute in a production environment with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to work independently and self-manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with underwriting platforms such as Credit Center, GUS, Workplace
- Familiarity with document repository systems such as EDR and Squirrel
- Detailed oriented and demonstrated high regard for data accuracy
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with leadership, Compliance and Audit
- Familiarity with commercial/corporate loan agreements
- Regulatory, audit, and/or issue management experience
