As a Member Services Representative you provide members with an outstanding experience and encourage them to achieve their fitness goals. You make them feel like family in a clean, judgment‑free environment.

• Ensure the club is super clean because our members value this and we’re known for it.
• Help new and current members join fitness classes.
• Introduce members to our Black Card amenities and highlight the benefits.
• Assist at the welcome desk checking members in, providing greetings and farewells, and offer energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities.
• Lead by example – passion, love for the job, and a fun attitude that invites members to do the same.
• Work a varied schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Birthdate confirming you are at least 18 years old.
• Passion for helping others.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50lbs, reach, climb, balance, kneel, and handle hazardous chemicals.
• Reliable punctuality because people depend on you.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50lbs.
• Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.
