About the role Digital Team Associates support online customer orders by picking, staging, and dispensing orders accurately and on time. What you’ll do

• Pick items for online orders with speed and accuracy
• Stage and prep orders for customer pickup/delivery
• Dispense orders to customers and provide friendly service
• Handle substitutions and out-of-stocks using approved processes
• Maintain equipment and work areas (carts, totes, handhelds)
• Follow safety routines while moving through the store and parking lot

• Customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift items (varies; may include up to 50 lbs)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for multiple shifts (including weekends/holidays as needed)

Multiple shifts available (morning/mid/day/evening based on store need).
