Responsibilities
- Stock and rotate meat and/or produce using FIFO and date rotation practices
- Cull, check quality, and maintain fresh standards throughout the shift
- Set features, fill wet wall/produce tables, and maintain clean displays
- Follow food safety, cold chain, sanitation, and temperature routines
- Use handheld devices for inventory, labeling, and replenishment tasks (as applicable)
- Maintain a clean, safe work area (including cooler/freezer organization)
- Ability to work 4:00 AM start time reliably
- Comfort working in cold environments (coolers/freezers)
- Ability to lift/move cases (may include up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Teamwork and attention to detail
The Meat/Produce Team Associate supports fresh operations by stocking, rotating, and maintaining quality standards to keep product fresh, available, and visually appealing for customers.
