  No late nights or crack-of-dawn shifts! Our standard hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Short Sunday
  
  Shifts:
  
  We are only open from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sundays, giving you your morning and evening back!

While we train the right people, we find that the individuals who find the most success (and fun!) in our Presorter and Buyer roles usually include:

• Thrift & Resale Pros: Experienced inventory associates from high-volume environments (like Goodwill or local thrift shops) who excel at fast-paced sorting and quality control.
• Brand-Savvy Parents & Caregivers: Moms, dads, or caretakers who already know children's brands, styles, and what clothing items are worth just by looking at them.
• Retail Veterans: People with prior retail experience who have a sharp eye for current fashion trends, apparel conditions, and value.

• Presorting & Buying: Evaluate incoming items brought in by customers. Check for quality, safety, and condition, and use our software to price the best items.
• Customer Interaction: Greet local parents, explain our buying process, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, styled, and beautifully stocked with the fresh items you just bought.
• Cash Wrap: Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently when needed.

• A positive, high-energy attitude and a passion for community and sustainability.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making skills (you will be deciding what inventory the store purchases!).
• Reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand, move around, and lift up to 25-30 lbs during a shift.

• Part-time shifts available within our operating hours.
• Weekend availability (including our short Sunday shift) is highly preferred.
