experienced Bilingual (Spanish-English) Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Build rapport and guide customers through the vehicle buying process
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits
• Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, and showroom traffic
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer communication
• Complete sales paperwork and coordinate vehicle deliveries
• Generate repeat and referral business through excellent customer service
• Stay current on Ford products, financing options, and dealership promotions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of automotive sales experience REQUIRED
• Fluent in both Spanish and English preferred
• Strong closing, communication, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
