JobOverview
The Direct Selling Sales Representative will execute a direct‑to‑end‑user sales strategy within an assigned territory. The role focuses on cultivating new prospects, closing new business opportunities, and growing market share through strong relationship‑building and full sales cycle management.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a direct‑to‑end‑user sales plan that drives growth, penetration, and revenue within the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new end‑use customers through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship development.
- Own the entire sales process from initial engagement through closing and post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and internal support teams to deliver tailored solutions and support strategic selling initiatives.
- Effectively position and sell Solenis' full commercial pool solutions by clearly communicating technical, operational, and value‑based benefits.
- Utilize SFDC and sales tools to manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and report on progress, performance, and market insight.
Preferred experience includes a proven track record in full sales cycle management, strong relationship‑building skills, and the ability to consultatively sell high‑value commercial solutions. BenefitsThe expected compensation range for this position is between $80,730 and $118,404 plus discretionary bonuses, with potential variation based on skills and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and numerous opportunities for professional growth and development.
