• Lead the development and implementation of the account plan and Statement of Work growth actions.
• Understand the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks such as sustainability, digital, and cybersecurity, and translate them into the corresponding impacts and opportunities for ABB.
• Participate in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing current business and long‑term plans for the customer.
• Define sales targets, give input on market price developments, monitor competitors’ activity with the account, and ensure that appropriate response strategies are implemented.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; a marketing‑related degree or equivalent is acceptable.
• 12 years of experience within the electrical industry, including work with contractors and distributors in California, the Pacific Northwest, the Mountain and Chicago areas.
• Strong understanding of Electrification products and experience with quoting projects for contractors.
• Experience in conducting market analysis and business development plans with a solid structured approach.
• Technical background with experience with low/medium voltage electrical equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed; preferred base location is in Nevada, Arizona, Utah or Colorado.
• Must already have a work authorization that allows you to work for ABB in the United States.

ABB offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible U.S. employees, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and a permissive time‑away policy for salaried exempt positions. Expect a base salary range of $119,000 to $190,400 annually, with eligibility for a short‑term incentive plan/annual bonus.
