Vice President of Growth - Residential Property Management (SFR)

A Phoenix-area residential property management company managing single-family rental homes, entering a new growth chapter. This newly created executive role unifies marketing, business development, and brokerage into one integrated growth engine, with a direct seat at the leadership table.

• Own company-wide growth strategy - set the annual growth plan and align marketing, business development, brokerage, and expansion behind it.
• Lead an integrated growth engine, with business development and resale brokerage reporting into this role.
• Build infrastructure for acquisition-led growth and market expansion into new territories.
• Own client acquisition cost (CAC) end-to-end and manage the full-funnel strategy from awareness through signed contracts.
• Build a trusted brand around the founder's voice and story.

• Strong single-family rental (SFR) experience required.
• Proven ability to own company-wide growth strategy, not just marketing.
• Hands-on, high-accountability operating style suited to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• A systems thinker energized by CAC ownership and rigorous testing.
• Background in growth marketing, startups, founder-led businesses, real estate, or SaaS growth teams.

• Base salary $140,000 - $175,000, plus performance bonus
• High-visibility leadership role partnering directly with the founder and COO.
